By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Healand Research accepts no liability for misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or use outside the intended research purpose 

• you will not resell, redistribute, or represent these products as being suitable for human use 

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for use, and confirms that they possess the relevant knowledge, training, or facilities appropriate to handling research chemicals safely.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is only confirmed once: 

• payment has been successfully processed 

• you receive an order confirmation email 

We reserve the right to: 

• refuse orders ( including cancelling order or an account if suspected misuse or abuse.) 

• limit quantities 

• cancel orders where fraud, misuse, or intended human use is suspected 

• cancel orders due to stock or pricing errors 

If cancelled by Healand Research, a full refund will be issued. 

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices may be displayed inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on our VAT registration status. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice. Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout. 

We accept payment through approved third-party payment providers. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We do not store payment details. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by: 

• couriers 

• customs 

• weather 

• public holidays 

• events outside our control 

Risk transfers to the customer upon carrier confirmed delivery. The incoterms for shipping are DAP (Delivered At Place). Healand Research will arrange for delivery to the customer’s address. Risk and ownership transfer when the goods are made available at the delivery location. The customer is responsible for receiving and properly storing products immediately. 

Certain peptide products may require temperature-controlled storage. By purchasing these products: 

• you acknowledge the storage requirements 

• you accept responsibility for receiving and storing products promptly 

• you understand that failure to do so may affect product integrity 

Refunds will not be issued for improper storage after delivery. 

Due to the nature of our products, including sterile, consumable, and perishable research goods, we do not accept returns for: 

• opened products 

• temperature-sensitive goods 

• sterile products 

• any peptide product once dispatched and received 

Returns may only be accepted if: 

• the product arrives damaged 

• the wrong product is supplied 

• the product is faulty 

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. 

Peptides: 

• All peptides are synthetic, non-infectious, non-toxic, non-pathogenic, not an immunogen, and free from animal or cell-culture-derived additives. 

• Peptide products are not for human use which includes invitro diagnostic use, use in foods, drugs, medicinal devices, cosmetics or any other commercial or household use.  

• Healand Research does not provide human dosing instructions, administration guidance, or usage advice. 

• Resale/ relabelling of products as anything other than research peptides is not allowed.  

 We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity data, and specifications are accurate. However: 

• images are for illustration only 

• packaging may vary 

• specifications may change without notice 
• batch-specific certificates of analysis (COA) may be provided or made available on request 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healand Research shall not be liable for: 

• indirect or consequential loss 

• loss arising from misuse of products 

• adverse outcomes from any use outside stated research purposes 

• failure to follow handling or storage instructions 

• allergic or adverse reactions 

• improper storage 

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law. 

Customers are responsible for: 

• reviewing all product instructions and safety data 

• confirming their right to purchase and handle research chemicals in their jurisdiction 

• ensuring legal compliance in their country 

• safe storage, handling, and disposal 
• ensuring products are not used for human or veterinary consumption 

All website content, branding, images, logos, and materials remain the property of Healand Research. No content may be copied or reproduced without permission. 

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to data processing necessary for order fulfilment. 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Cold Chain Policy 

Certain Healand Research products require refrigeration or temperature-controlled storage. These products are packed appropriately for transit; however, customers are responsible for receiving and refrigerating them promptly upon delivery. Healand Research is not liable for product degradation caused by delayed receipt, failed delivery, or improper storage after delivery has been completed. Customers should inspect cold-chain products immediately upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.
